Polyurethane scrapers available to the sizes you require, rather that having a range of set sizes, we will customise the scraper to your requirements. They are available to suit the specific needs of your application and the material that the conveyor carries.

Additives
Polymac conveyor scrapers incorporate and specialise in the usage of:

• Graphite/Carbon Impregnated: reduces friction, increases service life, and reduces housing wear, e.g. conveyor cleaning,truck suspension bushes
• FRAS (Fire Resistant Anti Static): beneficial for underground coal mines, tested with Australian standards
• Ceramics: Increases urethanes wear resistance in very abrasive environments

   

 

Polymac produce a multiple of Polyurethane scraper / blade grades available to choose from. They can be used in Underground Coal Mines with stringent fire resistant, antistatic requirements, as well as surface applications with aggressive products being conveyed, to high temperature or even food grade applications.

Polyurethane cleaning scrapers are even suitable for very dry applications with the Polyurethane Blade being used having its own inbuilt lubrication element to reduce the chances of shattering while running on dry conveyor belts.

Our polyurethane scrapers differ from application to application.  The scraper shafts are available in a range of lengths and can be tailored to suit each individual conveyor.

Polymac products are made from hard-wearing polyurethane which has many applications and can be applied to long-lasting wear problems across many industries. We  manufacture of standard components and made-to-order polyurethane products.
We also line chutes and pipes with resistant material and carry a large range of screens to suit any site application, Polymac custom-makes impact beds for all high impact areas on transfer chutes which are important to reduce wear on idlers and belts.

Polymac will custom-make and mould products to fix any problem. We can design, manufacture, deliver and arrange install of the product, re-supply and follow-up with excellent technical and service support.

Department of Primary Industries has tested our FRAS materials we now hold certificates for Green, Yellow, Orange, Red, Black, Blue and Ceramic Blue.
